SA Rugby union coach and former player Rassie Erasmus caused quite the stir on Twitter when apologised for a porn tweet on his timeline.
Shortly before 6am on Saturday morning, Rassie claimed he was hacked: “Sorry guys about that inapropriate tweets!”

He said his Twitter handle was “hacked”, adding he is currently in the process of “trying to sort it out”.
A few hours later, Rassie lamented how “the hackers still seem to have the retweet from earlier appearing in some places”.
Even though Rassie claimed to have deleted the offending and very graphic tweet from his account, it still appeared on his timeline.

Twitter users explained step by step how Rassie could remove the tweet from his stream. A little while later, he posted a third tweet:
Several people have throughout the course of the morning, very patiently tried to help Rassie, but to no avail.
Despite what he believes or says, the tweet is still there, in all its big, throbbing glory.
One user, Kenwyn David’s said: “Rassie, give me your log in details. I’ll sort it out for you”. Another added:
“Don’t be ashamed king, you stil won us the World Cup”.
